Good Questions, Honest Answers
Everything Midlothian neighbors usually want to know before their first visit — and if we missed one, just call.
What areas do you serve around Midlothian?
We're based in Midlothian (76065) and cover about a 20-mile radius: Heritage, Lawson Farms, Shiloh Forest, and the rest of town, plus Waxahachie, Ovilla, Cedar Hill, and Mansfield. If you're near that circle, call — we can usually make it work.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. For most jobs we can quote a firm price from a few photos and a quick phone call. Bigger projects get a free in-person look. Either way, you'll have a clear number before we schedule anything.
Are you licensed and insured?
We carry general liability insurance, and we're glad to share proof. Worth being straight about, though: Texas doesn't license general handyman work, so anyone waving a 'handyman license' isn't being honest with you. What matters is that when a job crosses into licensed-trade territory, we say so and hand you to a licensed pro.
What do you handle versus a licensed trade?
We cover the wide world of repairs, installs, and maintenance a home needs. When a job crosses into new electrical circuits, gas lines, or major plumbing, that's licensed-trade work — we'll tell you up front and connect you with a licensed pro we'd use in our own homes.
How do I get on the schedule?
Give us a call or send a text with what you need. We'll talk through it, quote it, and set a day and a real time window — not a vague four-hour block. We work Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
Can I text you a photo of the problem?
Please do — it's the fastest way to get a quote. A picture or two of the sticking door, the leaky faucet, or the fence section usually tells us plenty, and often we can price it right from there.
Can I bundle several small jobs into one visit?
That's our favorite way to work. Group your whole list — the loose rail, the wobbly fan, the running toilet — and we'll come loaded to handle all of it in a single trip instead of you booking a different person for each.
How do you take payment?
We keep it simple and accept the common methods — card, check, and the usual digital options. You'll get a clear price up front, and payment is due once the work is done and you're happy with it.
